The BUZZ
Sunday, 10:45am – 12:00pm at The Point
The Buzz is the place designed just for you. The BUZZ is the weekly meeting for 5th – 8th graders on Sundays during the 10:45am worship service. Each week students experience a mixture of music, games, a challenging talk, and most importantly. interaction with a small group.
Each meeting is broken in to four parts:
Hang time: Before The Buzz begins, students and leaders come into The Point and hang out while listening to music, playing Foosball, video games, eating pancakes (yes we provide breakfast) or just sitting around catching up on what’s been going on.
Connect time: The first 15-20 minutes of The Buzz is games, skits or videos that help to engage the students and focus them on that morning’s lesson.
Teaching time: Teaching time is not your typical sermon! During this time, a speaker will give an “intro” to what the students will be discussing in small groups.
Discussion time: This is the “meat” of what we desire to accomplish with your child. Students meet in small groups divided by grade to discuss the topic of the morning. These discussions are led by adults who invest in these students’ lives.

C-4: Friday Nights with a Purpose!
The vision of C-4 is to give Middle School students in the church a fun, purposeful place to come on a Friday night and invite their friends. Through games, art, and music C-4 will appeal to kids inside and outside our church. The meetings will have creative ways of displaying the 4 main ideas of the program. Each session will have areas for guitar lessons, dodge ball, creative arts, karaoke, basketball, and video arts during the free time. Also, there will be a large group game and a snack time.
C-4 is creatively designed to display what it means to be a caring Christ-follower in their community as well as in the church. Meetings will be held on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.
C-4 in March are 3/9 and 3/23!
