Current Series: “The Bible”
To millions in the world, Christians are known as “People of the Book” in recognition of the central role that the Bible plays in God’s plan that we be fully devoted to him, worshiping him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. But many of us wonder how we got our Bible, why we should care, and how we can make use of it for ourselves?
The men of Hunt Valley Church will look at the Bible with these questions in view for six Wednesday evenings beginning on February 29 from 7:30-8:30 pm at the Point. Not merely an exercise in intellectual curiosity, our goal will be no less than to become like the Psalmist “whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.” (Psalm 1)
